When you work in this business after a while start to find out all of those little secrets. You see, I have spent the last few days reading blog posts from the “competition” and what I have discovered is that most of the posts are written from the “clients” point of view. Since I have been involved in this business (and that is a good few years) I don’t think the clients would be the ones sharing their experience with the world. It’s not the sort of adventures that you want a tale to be written about.

And while I get that the idea of a fantasy it’s easier to write about, we, as an elite escort agency, try our best to be honest about the industry: from the girls to the clients and the business.

Let’s start with the girls…

The most often question that I heard is if the girls advertised look like that or are real? I have to admit that sometimes they take the Photoshop to the extreme, but in those cases, we do not accept the girls. Since the pictures don’t change every other week, hair colour can change or even maybe they get a bit fuller or skinnier. But the girls in the pictures are the ones that I meet for interviews and see every once in a while. We do not use pictures of famous people or pictures of other people. Another issue that I found to be quite common is when clients call and ask if the girl that they will see is the one that they have requested. I have to admit that I was a bit baffled by this one at the beginning, until a conversation with one of the girls I work with told me in case she is busy, I can always send her flatmate instead of her because they look similar. I was a bit confused until I met her for a coffee and she said honestly it does happen in this industry. A good receptionist will know that is better to loose a booking, than a good regular client, so that was the point where I decided to make sure that I am honest with the clients of our agency. Due to the fact that at least in London you can count the good escort photographers on the fingers of one hand, most girls end up looking the same in the pictures, due to the same location, same background and sometimes even same lingerie.

It might look confusing sometimes, but we try our best to keep it as simple as possible.

Let’s call this chapter 2 into your guide as an Elite London Escort. So you did your research, you talked yourself into this, you filled all of the information on the applications, you called and finally the agency set up an interview with you.

But why would they do that? If you are a beginner in this business you have no experience with how agencies decide on which girls fit their criteria. It might seem random but behind the curtains, there is nothing random about it.

In the first place as an High Class Escort Agency, you want to verify that the person that has applied for collaboration is the one that is in the pictures. That’s one of the most important reasons we do interviews. We like to be able to describe the girls to clients that are interested in seeing them. And as a receptionist, you need to be able to match a girl with a client in terms of their preferences. If a client wants someone that will go our for a night on the town, to dance and maybe to a club, you will need to remember the girls you met and the ones that had the fun personality and really enjoy dancing.

Due to the fact that some of the girls we work with like to keep this side of them a mystery, some decide that they want to work with cropped pictures. And once you worked for a while in the business you know that sometimes girls are too afraid or maybe they don’t want to or can’t afford to use professional pictures so they use someone else’s picture.

Some of you might be tempted to do this and you might even find agencies that are ok with that, but most of the big agencies will not work with you. They don’t put their reputation and their loyal clients respect on the line. Our business comes from being in the middle and being honest with both sides, the clients and the girls and in order for that to happen, we need to meet the girls that collaborate with us.

In our agency’s case, we do meetings in coffee shops. I find it to be a more relaxing experience for new girls in particular that do not have an idea of what to expect. So over a cup of tea, get an idea of the kind of clients might suit the girls’ personalities. I might not get it right every single time but most of the times it’s there.

And when it’s not… I can usually say that I have learned a lesson…
